Анотація. Одним із провідних завдань вищої педагогічної освіти є підготовка майбутніх учителів, здатних до володіння інноваційними інформаційно-комунікаційними технологіями, створення або видозміни існуючих методів та прийомів роботи з ними. Особливої актуальності зазначена проблема набуває в умовах динамічного розвитку інформаційного суспільства. У статті розкрито сутність та характеристичні ознаки такого дидактичного засобу як «стрічка часу», що сприяє формуванню як в учнів, так і в студентів пошукових, дослідницьких, рефлексивних умінь, навичок співробітництва, стимулює пізнавальний інтерес. Представлено Інтернет-сервіси для створення стрічок часу, основні принципи роботи з ними, методичні прийоми їх використання як одного з перспективних засобів навчання та організації групової роботи учнів. Виокремлено основні положення підходу, реалізованого в навчанні майбутніх педагогів, щодо створення та подальшого використання стрічок часу в освітньому процесі. Висвітлено досвід формування у майбутніх учителів відповідних навичок. Наведено практичні завдання та зразки результатів виконаної спільної роботи студентів щодо створення стрічок часу. Звертається увага на проблеми, що стримують майбутніх педагогів застосовувати «стрічки часу» у освітньому процесі.

Abstract. Kyselyova O.B. Formation at future teachers skills to use "tapes of time" in the educational process. One of the main objectives of higher pedagogical education is the training of future teachers capable to owning to innovative information and communication technologies, to creation or modification of existing methods and receptions working with them. Special urgency this problem acquires in the dynamic of Development of Information society. The article reveals the essence and characteristic features of such a didactic tool as "tape of time", that promotes forming in students abilities of search, research, reflexion and skills of cooperation, stimulates cognitive interest. Internet services are presented to create tapes of time, the basic principles of working with them, teaching methods of their use as one of the most promising means of teaching and the organization of group work of students. Identified the main position of the approach implemented in the training of future teachers, for the creation and further use of the time tapes in the educational process. The experience of formation at the future teachers of appropriate skills is lighted up. Presented practical exercises and examples of the results of teamwork students to create tapes of time. Attention is paid to the problems that restrain teachers to apply tapes of time in the learning process.

Анотація.  У статті розглянуто сучасний стан шкільної освіти в напрямку реалізації профільного навчання. Розкрито сутність поняття «профільне навчання», визначено значущість та пріоритети цього явища у системі сьогоднішньої освіти. Виокремлено основні завдання запровадження профільного навчання в школі та відзначено окремі заходи, які сприяють його впровадженню. Визначено вимоги вчителя,який працює у профільнихкласах. Зосереджена увага на питаннях допрофільної підготовки учнів в основній школі. Зокрема з’ясовано, що ефективність допрофільного навчання вимагає налагодження дієвої діагностики рівня навчальних досягнень учнів основної школи, профконсультаційної психодіагностики з метою визначення професійних інтересів і запитів учнів для створення однорідних за підготовленістю та інтересами мікроколективів (класів, груп). Встановлено, що чималого значення набуває реалізація прикладної спрямованості шкільних предметів, різнорівневе вивчення різноманітних курсів, організація самостійної роботи учнів відповідно до їхніх індивідуальнихнахилів. Зазначено основні проблеми впровадження профільного навчання у старшій школі та можливі шляхи їх усунення.

Abstract. Zabolotny V., Sargsyan O. Introduction of profile studies at senior school is pressing question of present time. The article examined the current state of school education in the direction of realization of profile training. The essence of the concepts "Learning profylnoe" is disclosed, defined the importance and priorities of this phenomenon in today's system of education. The basic task of introduction of profile education at school and noted individual actions that contribute to its introduction. The requirements for the teachers who work in specialized classes is determined. It focuses on the issue of pre training of pupils in basic school. In particular found that the effectiveness of pre-profile training required to establish an effective diagnostic level of educational achievements of primary school pupils, prof consulting psychodiagnostics to determine the students' professional interests and requests for the creation of similar interests and readiness for micro groups (classes, groups). It is established that considerable importance is the realization of an applied orientation of school subjects, multilevel study of the different courses, the organization of independent work of pupils in accordance with their individual inclinations. The main problems of introduction of profile training in high school and possible ways to address them are shown.

Анотація. Автори зазначають, що сьогодні астрономічна підготовка у більшості випадків є неякісною, нецікавою для учнів та методично недосконалою. Розв’язання проблем формування в учнів астрономічних знань вимагає, насамперед, забезпечення доступу учнів і вчителів до інформаційно-методичних ресурсів, використання яких забезпечить підвищення якості астрономічної підготовки, а отже, рівня предметної компетентності учнів з астрономії.
Результати  педагогічного експерименту і навчальні досягнення учнів дають підстави стверджувати, що використання електронних освітніх ресурсів (ЕОР) для забезпечення самоперевірки навчальних досягнень:

• активізують пізнавальну діяльність учнів;
• мобілізують психічну активність учнів;
• формують цілісні, адекватні дійсності образи (збільшення можливості мимовільного запам'ятовування матеріалу);
• підвищує доступність навчання та введення новизни у навчальний процес;
• розширюють обсяг засвоюваного матеріалу;
• підвищують інтерес учнів.

Розроблено графічні тести, як один з видів ЕОР. З метою визначення рівня навчальних досягнень учнів система ЕОР доповнена елементами контролю набутих компетенцій. Інтерактивні тести створено у середовищі MS PowerPoint. Серед можливих варіантів обрано графічний тип тестів.
Оскільки астрономія як навчальний предмет вивчалася учнями вперше, не має можливості порівняти навчальні досягнення на початковому констатуючому етапі.

Abstract. Zabolotnyy V.F., Kuzmynskyi О.V. Electronic facilities of self-control of educational achievements of students are from astronomy. Authors mark that today astronomic preparation most cases have off-grade, uninteresting for students and methodically imperfect. The decision of forming problems requires for the students of astronomic knowledge, first of all, providing of access of students and teachers to the informatively-methodical resources, the use of that will provide upgrading of astronomic preparation, and thus, level of subject competence of students from astronomy.
The results of pedagogical experiment and educational achievements of students ground to assert that the use of electronic educational resources (ЕОР) for providing of self control of educational achievements :

• activate cognitive activity of students;
• mobilize psychical activity of students;
• form integral, adequate to reality offenses (increase of possibility of the involuntary memorizing of material);
• promotes availability of studies and introduction of novelty in an educational process;
• extend the volume of assimilable material;
• promote interest.

Graphic tests are worked out, as one of types of ЕОР. With the aim of determination of level of educational achievements of students the system ЕОР is complemented by the elements of control of the purchased competenses. Interactive tests are created in the environment of MS PowerPoint. Among possible variants the graphic type of tests is select.
As astronomy as educational object was studied by students first, does not have the opportunity to compare educational achievements on the initial establishing stage.

Анотація. Актуальність матеріалу, викладеного у статті, зумовлена потребами професійної освіти в проведенні моніторингових досліджень, оскільки вони є одним із шляхів розширення доступу до Європейської освіти і мобільності студентів.
Розробка програмного модуля складається зі створення кліент-серверного додатку з сервером на Java з використанням Spring framework та клієнтом Android.
 Використання створеного програмного модуля моніторингу залишкових знань студентів кафедри спеціалізованих комп’ютерних систем сприяє його ефективному функціонуванню й оптимальному розв’язанню питання щодо якості підготовки майбутніх  спеціалістів.
В процесі роботи було розроблено пакет тестових завдань, для моніторингу залишкових знань з дисциплін курсу інформаційних технологій.

Development of the module monitoring residual knowledge of students from disciplines specialized computer systems. The relevance of the material presented in the article, due to the needs of vocational training in conducting monitoring studies, as they are one of the ways of improving access to the European education and student mobility.
Development of software module consists of the creation of a client-server application to a server in Java using the Spring framework and client Android.
 Using the developed software module for monitoring of residual knowledge of students of specialized computer systems contribute to its effective functioning and optimal solution to the question about the quality of training of future specialists.
In the process, it developed a package of tests for the monitoring of residual knowledge in the disciplines of information technology course.

Анотація. Hа різних стадіях свого розвитку суспільство висуває все більш високі вимоги до робочої сили. Це обумовлює необхідність розвитку системи освіти на кожному новому етапі. Одним із засобів такого розвитку є інноваційні технології, тобто це принципово нові способи, методи та інструменти взаємодії викладачів і учнів, що забезпечують ефективне досягнення результату педагогічної діяльності. Застосовування на сучасному етапі інноваційних методів навчання у вищих навчальних закладах повинно бути спрямоване на формування моральних цінностей і сприяти формуванню індивідуальних моральних установок, заснованих на професійну етику, виробленню критичного мислення, вміння представляти і відстоювати власну думку. Використання SMART-технологій в процесі навчання дозволяє більш широко і повноцінно розкрити творчий потенціал кожного учня.
В статті досліджено існуючі інноваційні інструменти, які педагог може використовувати в рамках своєї педагогічної діяльності, розкрито сутнітись таких інструментів як SMART Board, SMART Responce, SMART Table, SMART Kapp та переваги їх використання у навчальному процесі.
Авторами встановлено, що застосування інноваційних педагогічних інструментів в педагогічній діяльності  є дуже актуальним питанням в умовах постійного зростання і оновлення знань,  зважаючи на те, що безперервний розвиток компетенцій протягом всієї кар'єри стає найбільш актуальним в системі сучасної освіти.

Abstract. Belousova L.I., Dekhtiaryova Y.O. Smart tools in the modern professional activity of teacher. On different stages of development, society makes growing demands on the work force. This necessitates the development of the education system at each new stage. One means of this development is innovative technology; it is fundamentally new ways, methods and tools of interaction of teachers and students, which ensure the effective achievement of pedagogical activity results. In addition, innovative teaching methods include interactive learning. It is aimed at active and deep learning. The use of innovative teaching methods at the present stage in the institutions of higher education establishments should focus on the formation of moral values and promote the formation of individual moral principles based on professional ethics, the development of critical thinking, the ability to present and defend their own opinions. Using the SMART-technologies in the learning process allows more widely and fully unlock the creative potential of each student.
The article explores existing innovative tools that teachers can use as part of their teaching activities, is disclosed the essence of such tools as SMART Board, SMART Responce, SMART Table, SMART Kapp and benefits of their use in the educational process.
