ІНФОРМАЦІЙНА СИСТЕМА ПІДТРИМКИ КОНТРОЛЮ ТА УПРАВЛІННЯ РОЗРАХУНКОМ  НАУКОВОГО ТА НАВЧАЛЬНО-МЕТОДИЧНОГО РЕЙТИНГУ ВИКЛАДАЧІВ КАФЕДРИ УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ

Анотація. У статті розглянуто особливості розробки автоматизованої системи заповнення наукового та навчально-методичного рейтингу викладачів кафедри університету, яка дозволяє в автоматичному режимі підраховувати кількість балів кожного викладача, виставляти оцінку діяльності викладача за результатами опитування студентів та заносити отриманий бал до відповідного поля у навчально-методичному рейтингу; редагувати заповнені показники рейтингу викладачів кафедри та переглядати актуальну інформацію щодо місця кожного співробітника у рейтингу та суми його балів. Серед користувачів системи виділено адміністратора (завідувача кафедри), менеджера (викладача чи співробітника кафедри, якого призначив завідувач кафедри), викладачів та студентів, кожен із зазначених типів користувачів після авторизації має різні права. Автоматизована система надає змогу викладачу заповнювати свій рейтинг через сайт кафедри поступово протягом року та його сума балів та місце у рейтингу буде постійно оновлюватися в автоматичному режимі. Після закінчення календарного року рейтинги не можна редагувати, проте їх можна переглядати, а новий період (календарний рік) додається автоматично. Описано особливості проведення опитування студентів з приводу оцінки діяльності викладачів засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, а саме сайту кафедри університету, та занесення результатів он-лайн опитування до показників навчально-методичного рейтингу викладачів. Сума балів автоматично перераховується у десятибальну шкалу та постійно змінюється протягом року після чергового заповнення анкети студентами та магістрантами. У статті показано, що сайт кафедри використовується як комунікативний ресурс, та за рахунок запропонованої автоматизованої системи забезпечується прозорість побудови рейтингів, викладач одразу ж після заповнення рейтингу бачить своє місце серед інших викладачів кафедри, а завідувачу кафедри доступна інформація про кожного викладача за відповідними рейтингами. У свою чергу, доведено, що представлення рейтингу у відкритому доступі іншим викладачам сприяє активізації наукової та навчально-методичної роботи на кафедрі.

INFORMATION SUPPORT SYSTEM OF CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT CALCULATION
OF SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL RATING OF UNIVERSITY CHAIR LECTURERS

Abstract. The article deals with the features of the development of the automated system of filling of scientific, educational and methodological rating of lecturers of the university chair, which allows  automatically count the number of points of each lecturer, to present an assessment of the lecturer 's activity based on the results of the student survey and to place the received score in the corresponding field in the educational and methodological rating; edit the completed indexes of the lecturers' rating of the department and review the actual information on the place of each employee in the rating and the sum of his points. The administrator (head of the chair), the manager (lecturer or staff member of the chair, who was appointed by head of the chair), lecturers and students are highlighted among the users of the system, each of these types of users has different rights after authorization. The automated system enables the teacher to fill his rating through the site of the department gradually during the year and its sum of points and the place in the rating will be constantly updated in automatic mode. After the end of a calendar year, ratings cannot be edited, but they can be viewed, and a new period (calendar year) is added automatically. Students’ survey features about the estimation of activity of lecturers by means of information and communication technologies, such as the university chair’ site, and entering lecturers’ educational and methodological rating results of the online survey to the indicators. The amount of points is automatically converted to a ten-point scale and is constantly changing during the year after the completion of the questionnaire by students and undergraduate students. The article shows that the site of the department is used as a communicative resource, and at the expense of the proposed automated system provides transparency of rating construction, the teacher immediately sees the place among the other faculty members after filling the rating, and the head of the department is available information about each teacher according to the ratings. In turn, it is proved that the presentation of the rating in the open access to other teachers contributes to the intensification of scientific and methodological work at the department.
