ПІДГОТОВКА МАЙБУТНІХ ВИХОВАТЕЛІВ
ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ ЗДОРОВ’ЯЗБЕРЕЖУВАЛЬНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ДОШКІЛЬНИКІВ ЗАСОБАМИ ЕТНОКУЛЬТУРИ

Анотація. Пріоритетними завданнями сучасної дошкільної освіти є збереження і зміцнення здоров’я дітей, виховання свідомого ставлення до власного здоров’я та здоров’я інших як найвищої цінності, активізація здоров’язбережувальної позиції особистості, оволодіння нею здоров’язбережувальною компетентністю. Запорукою успіху у вирішенні сформульованих завдань виступає поєднання сучасних досягнень наукової думки та здоров’язбережувальної спадщини минулого. Все це обумовлює необхідність підготовки майбутніх вихователів, які зможуть кваліфіковано керувати складним здоров’язбережувальним освітнім процесом, використовуючи засоби етнокультури.
Теоретичний аналіз, синтез науково-педагогічних джерел – з метою уточнення ключових понять дослідження та визначення наукових підходів до вивчення означеної проблеми; систематизація, узагальнення, структурно-функціональний аналіз – для виявлення та обґрунтування педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх вихователів до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності дошкільників засобами етнокультури.
У статті подано особливості трактування ключових понять дослідження: «здоров’язбережувальна компетентність», «етнокультура», «етнокультура як засіб формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності дошкільників», «підготовка майбутніх вихователів до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності дошкільників засобами етнокультури»; визначено та обґрунтовано педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх вихователів до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності дошкільників засобами етнокультури: цілеспрямована мотивація майбутніх вихователів до формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності дошкільників засобами етнокультури; збагачення знань майбутніх вихователів про етнокультурну здоров’язбережувальну спадщину; формування вмінь і навичок майбутніх вихователів щодо впровадження засобів етнокультури в здоров’язбережувальний освітній процес закладу дошкільної освіти.
Вважаємо, що врахування виявлених та обґрунтованих педагогічних умов сприятиме підвищенню рівня професійної підготовки майбутніх вихователів до організації здоров’язбережувального освітнього процесу в сучасному закладі дошкільної освіти. Перспективним напрямом подальшого дослідження вбачаємо експериментальну перевірку їх ефективності.

Training future teachers for preschoolers’ health-saving competence formation by means of ethnic culture

Abstract. The priority tasks of modern preschool education are preservation and strengthening of children’s health, upbringing of a conscious attitude to one’s own health and the health of others as the highest value, activation of the health-saving position of the individual, mastering health-saving competence. The key to success in solving the outlined tasks is combination of modern achievements of the scientific thought and health-saving heritage of the past. All this necessitates training of future preschool teachers who will be able to competently manage a complex health-saving process, using the means of ethno-culture.
Theoretical analysis, synthesis of scientific and pedagogical sources – in order to clarify the key concepts of research and determine scientific approaches to the study of this issue; systematization, generalization, structural and functional analysis – to identify and justify the pedagogical conditions of future preschool teachers’ preparation for the formation of health competence of preschoolers by means of ethno-culture.
The article presents peculiarities of interpretation of the key research concepts: “health-saving competence”, “ethno-culture”, “ethno-culture as a means of forming health-saving competence of preschoolers”, “preparation of future preschool teachers for the formation of health-saving competence of preschoolers by means of ethno-culture”; the pedagogical conditions of future preschool teachers’ preparation for the formation of health-saving competence of preschoolers by means of ethno-culture are determined and substantiated: purposeful motivation of future preschool teachers for the formation of health-saving competence of preschoolers by means of ethno-culture; enriching the knowledge of future preschool teachers on ethnocultural health-saving heritage; formation of skills and abilities of future preschool teachers on introduction of ethno-culture in the health-saving educational process of the preschool education institution.
We believe that taking into account the identified and justified pedagogical conditions will help increase the level of professional training of future preschool teachers to organize a health-saving educational process in a modern preschool education institution. We consider a perspective area for further research an experimental verification of their effectiveness.
